Refunds & Returns

Refund Policy for Products Purchased at www.styxmill.com

Please choose carefully as we do not refund unless your items are faulty or if we have shipped the incorrect item. We are happy to exchange your items within 30 days of the date you received your order, this will be in the form of an emailed gift card voucher to the value of your purchase. Freight costs are non refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@styxmill.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Styx Mill Clothing, 24 Logistics Drive, Harewood, Christchurch 8051

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If the items are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

Refund Policy for Store Purchases

Please visit the retailer you purchased the goods from with your receipt and follow their returns process. Styx Mill is unable to exchange items purchased from a retailer or another companies website.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds where Applicable

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@styxmill.com.

Shipping

Orders for Delivery in New Zealand.

We expect orders to ship within 2 working days and within New Zealand we use Post Haste couriers, with a 2-3 day service to urban areas and an additional 2-3 days for rural delivery.

Orders for Delivery in Australia.

We expect orders to ship within 2 working days and within Australia we use DHL Express, with a 5-7 day service to urban areas and an additional 2-3 days for rural delivery.

Orders for Rest of the World.

We expect orders to ship within 2 working days and your order will be shipped on DHL Express, which cannot deliver to PO Boxes outside NZ and Australia. Delivery will be around 10 working days from dispatch depending on location. 

Custom fees and taxes may be charged by the destination country. These charges must be paid for by the person receiving the parcel. 

There are some restrictions on which countries we ship to. If the country you wish to ship to is not shown on the list of available countries, please contact us.
